From Priorat Spain, green fruit arbequina, nutty & warm with lots of balance.

Medium fruity, good balance in mouth without hot, bitter or astringent notes. Secondary aromas in nose that range from almond to ripe banana without overpowering the main character. The final taste is of soft almonds. It is a very popular product that has the main characteristics of the Arbequina variety.

Priorat Olive Oil is the culmination of a very singular and complex process based on the fusion of two elements: the olives which have been carefully harvested from centenary olive trees, to be found interspersed with typical Priorat vineyards and a favorable climate: cold spells when needed and just enough rainfall to guarantee the olives perfect ripeness.
